I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to those considering starting therapy. During this call I will ask for some brief details about what you are seeking support for, and we’ll think together about what could be of most help to you.
If you decide to proceed, we’ll book in an initial assessment session to discuss in more detail the difficulties you are facing and how therapy might be able to help.
If you decide to go ahead with therapy we will then agree an initial number of sessions, and later review this.
The length of treatment varies from person to person, however, most difficulties can be effectively addressed in 6-20 sessions, with each session lasting for 50 minutes.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches, and will agree with you which may be most suited to you.
