Dr Julia Dabrowski
Chartered Clinical Psychologist

Dr Julia Dabrowski is a fully accredited and chartered Principal Clinical Psychologist. She is the founder of Bloom Psychology where she sees adult clients experiencing common psychological difficulties such as depression and anxiety.
Dr Julia obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London (UCL) and is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). In addition, she holds chartered status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is fully accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), a gold standard recognition of high level training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She has also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
Dr Julia has additional expertise in online therapy and digital mental healthcare and holds a postgraduate diploma in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London. She has worked as a consultant for a number of leading digital mental healthcare companies and regularly contributes to the media.
Dr Catherine Small
Chartered Clinical Psychologist

Dr Catherine Small is a fully accredited and chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist. She works in the NHS and in private practice and has extensive expertise in offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a range of mental health difficulties anging from mild to severe and enduring, as well as working with carers and families. Dr Catherine has a particular interest in working collaboratively with individuals to understand their difficulties and aims to provide a tailored therapy approach to support the mental wellbeing of each person in their life circumstances.
Dr Catherine completed both her undergraduate and doctoral training at University College London (UCL) and is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as well as holding chartered status with the British Psychological Society (BPS). She has completed additional training in CBT for Psychosis, Cognitive Behavioural Family Work approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) approaches.
