About me

I’m Dr Julia Dabrowski, a Clinical Psychologist with over 7 years of experience working in the NHS. I specialise in a wide range of mood and anxiety disorders.

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (D.Clin.Psy) at University College London (UCL), and have completed additional training in Narrative Therapy and Systemic Therapy.

My approach primarily consists of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative work and Systemic Therapy.

Additionally, I have a particular interest in working with parenting difficulties, using an approach informed by The Incredible Years and Solihull programmes: two evidence-based approaches for supporting emotional wellbeing in children.
